About Spandau Ballet
In 1980, Spandau Ballet released its debut single "To Cut a Long Story Short," which had a huge success in the U.K. and was followed by another hit "The Freeze" the next year. In the 80's the band released such albums as Journey to Glory (1981), Diamond (1982), True (1983), Parade (1984), Through the Barricades (1986), and Heart like a Sky (1989). In 1990 the group split.
